Requirements: - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required - 2+ years experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Medical records experience highly desired - Proficiency in medical records - Comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims - Medical records analysis experience preferred - Hospital admissions experience - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Customer service and office administrative skills - achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
