Team Help Desk Specialist (Part-Time)
The Help Desk Specialist will act as first point of contact for any team member inquiries coming into the Cowabunga Resource Center. This role will provide effective customer service support for Domino’s Store Team Members. The Help Desk Specialist remotely diagnoses and resolves routine problems related to team member and management systems and provides overall support and resolution. They follow up with our Team Members to ensure calls are resolved and closed promptly. This will entail coordinating efforts between multiple departments, compiling & distributing reports on all activity on a weekly basis.
The Help Desk Specialist will possess characteristics and skills that foster and build strong, lasting relationships with store management and team members and work to resolve communication challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide great customer service to our Team Members
Customer Care case follow up and log with Regional Directors
Compile and distribute weekly report log
Answer in-store TM questions regarding: Pulse Lockouts, Paychecks, Vendor Contacts, Form locations, miscellaneous team member issues, etc.

Ideal candidates have previous Customer Service experience and must be open to working nights and weekends! PT Typical shifts include: 9AM-2PM, 10AM-3PM, 2PM-7PM, 12PM-5PM
Qualifications
1 year of Customer Service, Help Desk, and/or Domino’s experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Chrome and Internet Explorer
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to respond quickly
Team player who works collaboratively and effective with others; the ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships
